We had reported earlier that Illaya Thilagam Prabhu plays the role of a Rajaguru in Vijay’s Puli Film who trains Vijay to fight his enemy and that Sudheep Plays the role of Villain in this flick.
Now the latest is about the Fighting techniques used in this film:-
Chimbudevan is making all the departments of Vijay 58 strong enough with technicians including Costume designers and the mind blowing cast list for the film. Making sure that the film will have a powerful impact in all the departments, Puli will be having 6 action scenes and for this action scenes Chimbudevan make use of 6 internationally expertise Stunt Choreographers including Sang Lin from China, Pradit Seeluem from Thailand and Sunil Rodrigues from Mumbai would work in tandem with popular TN stunt master Dilip Subbarayan. Dilip would also exclusively design one action block.
For a war sequence Vijay is learning the four hundred year old martial arts techniques of Thailand, Other than the Thai people it is said that only exponent of Thai martial arts is Hollywood actor Chuck Norris, who appeared as the villain opposite Bruce Lee in Return of the Dragon and now it is our very own Vijay who is learning the sacred art – One special trainer has been flown in from that country exclusively to train Vijay.
Kings of Western Asia used to perform these martial arts as early as 1550AD and currently there are very few who know the art.Now the Fight sequences are being shot in the forests near Cochin and later to be shifted to Attibelle falls.
